Working terms

Clear scope before the first note is finished.

These principles describe how a Timbience project is expected to run. The signed project confirmation and final reviewed terms will control each paid engagement.

01

Project confirmation

Website packages are starting points. Track count, total duration, delivery dates, revision rounds, approved locations, media, and fees are confirmed in writing before payment.

A 45-second direction study is for creative alignment unless a separate written agreement says it may be used commercially.

02

Payment and production

Projects normally begin after a 50% deposit, with the balance due before unmarked final files are released. Small concept projects may be paid in full.

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, feedback deadlines, and out-of-scope work will follow the project confirmation presented before payment.

03

Feedback and revisions

One revision means one consolidated feedback round on the presented batch. A new direction, venue, use case, or creative brief after approval may require a new quote.

Corrections for damaged files, wrong formats, or documented delivery mistakes do not consume a creative revision.

04

Claims and replacement

If a customer provides a credible similarity concern or platform claim, Timbience will review the affected file and may provide a replacement under the project policy.
