Information you choose to share

A sound brief may include your name, work email, venue details, project timing, budget range, creative preferences, and links you choose to provide.

When you submit the form, the brief is stored in Cloudflare D1 and used to send a confirmation and an internal project notification through Cloudflare Email Service. Final delivery files are kept separately in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket.

How project information is used

Information you send is used to assess project fit, answer your enquiry, prepare a direction study, define a project scope, and deliver the agreed service.

Timbience does not sell project information or use it to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Payments, analytics, and service providers

Stripe processes checkout and card details; Timbience stores the project reference, email, package, amount, currency, and verified payment status in Cloudflare D1, but not full card data. Cloudflare also provides hosting, private file storage, transactional email, and aggregated Analytics Engine events.

Analytics uses a random per-tab-session identifier in session storage and does not create an advertising profile. Browser events are not sent when Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Retention and your choices

Project and payment records are retained only as needed for delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Expiring delivery links do not make the underlying project record public.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@borealbit.com. Legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contract records may need to be retained where required.
